Significant Acquisition for the ZDR Industrial Fund

The Industrial Fund has been bolstered by the acquisition of a modern manufacturing facility in Vráble, Slovakia. This marks the second acquisition for the youngest fund of the ZDR Investments group, which focuses on light manufacturing and suburban logistics.

The energy-neutral Semecs plant in Vráble, one of the most modern in Slovakia, is now part of the portfolio of ZDR Investments Industrial SICAV a.s. (as of June 2024). This unique fund allows investors from the general public to participate in a portfolio of industrial properties for light manufacturing and logistics, starting from just CZK 200 per month or with a one-time investment of CZK 10,000.

Semecs, s.r.o., a significant manufacturer of electronic components and part of the international SERO EMS Group, has been operating in Slovakia since 1996. The new property in the Industrial Fund's portfolio features a rentable area of almost 9,000 sqm. The WALE is 12 years.

Ondřej Sychrovský, CEO of the ZDR Investments group, emphasized the importance of this acquisition: "The acquisition of Semecs' manufacturing facility in Vráble is an important diversification step for our Industrial Fund. This modern and energy-neutral plant meets our high standards for property quality and tenant creditworthiness, representing a promising investment that will support the fund’s already above-average performance in the long term."
