In the seven years since our founding, we have expanded into six European countries. During this relatively short time, not only has our real estate portfolio grown significantly – now managed across three investment funds – but so has our team. At our headquarters on Jungmann Square in Prague, more than twenty colleagues from different fields work side by side – from lawyers and analysts to marketing specialists and facility managers – with additional team members based in Slovakia.

Key Account Manager for investment funds
We are ZDR Investments, an investment group that has established itself among the largest real estate funds in the Czech Republic over the past 8 years. We own and manage 74 properties with a total value of more than CZK 17 billion across 6 European countries through 3 investment funds. As we continue to grow with the ambition of building a strong and sustainable investment group, we are looking for a dedicated colleague who wants to share this journey with us. Who are we looking for?
Above all, we are looking for a colleague who fits into our team and shares our enthusiasm for what we do. Ideally, someone who wants to advance the investment culture of the Czech market, take care of the reputation of our brand, and deliver quality products and services to our business partners.Experience as a Key Account Manager in the financial sector, as well as an interest in the real estate market, is an advantage – but it is not essential. Don’t be discouraged if you lack this specific background; it is not our main criterion. We are looking for a communicative colleague with presentation skills and a passion for building strong business relationships. Someone who will stand out through their approach and become a true added value for us and our partners. We are also looking for a person who enjoys travelling. While you will have the comfort of a modern office in the center of Prague, your work will primarily take place at client meetings and training sessions outside the office.
What will your role include?
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing business partners through daily communication
- Actively seeking new business partnerships
- Delivering product training, workshops, and educational seminars
- Representing the investment group at conferences and networking events
- Analyzing and monitoring the real estate market
- Preparing presentations and supporting business materials
- Collaborating with internal departments across the company
