Since 2017, we have been growing and gradually expanding our portfolio of long-term leased commercial real estate in the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Croatia and Slovenia.The main focus of our investment activities are retail parks with a strong share of grocery- and value-oriented stores, but we also invest in real estate in the suburban logistics and light manufacturing segments. Our funds have earned the trust of more than 20,000 investors, making them a solid pillar of any long-term investment strategy.
Our Team
Radek Hladký
Radek is a founding partner of the group.He is responsible for managing the company as well as sourcing and structuring new acquisitions. He co-founded the law firm NIRRIS (formerly Z/C/H Legal), which since 2005 has advised mainly international clients on real estate transactions worth more than CZK 100 billion.
Roman Latuske
Roman is a partner at ZDR, leading the group’s expansion into Western markets and building relationships with key business partners. He studied banking in Wiesbaden and worked in commercial real estate financing at DePfa-Bank and HYPO-BANK. For 20 years, he held senior management positions in major media houses Mafra and Economia, bringing extensive experience from international finance and top management into the real estate investment sector.
David Čubr
David, as CEO, is responsible for the overall operations of the company. He manages the investment strategy, portfolio development and key investment decisions of the ZDR Group. With more than 10 years of experience in investment companies and funds, he has been involved in establishing several fund structures. He is also actively engaged in training, lectures and education, bringing deep expertise and a strong focus on developing the investment community.
Tomáš is a law graduate and manages acquisitions within the ZDR Group.
Kamila is responsible for building relationships with investors and distribution partners of the ZDR Group.
Láďa focuses on financial analyses, reporting, and process automation.
Susanne is responsible for controlling in the Austrian and German markets, focusing on financial analyses, reporting, and process optimization.
Milan manages the financial agenda of the Group in Slovakia and oversees the economic aspects of its local activities.
Kateřina provides legal support for the Group’s key transactions and oversees the operation of the investment company.
Anna provides comprehensive legal support for the ZDR Group’s real estate portfolio.
Aleš is responsible for tenant relations and for the active management, enhancement of returns, and value growth of properties across the group’s portfolio.
Vláďa has extensive experience in real estate management and is in charge of the facility management department at ZDR.
Marcela is responsible for the implementation and development of the Sustainability Strategy within the ZDR Group. She oversees the sustainability and accountability of all company activities.
Martin is responsible for improving the energy efficiency of properties across the entire ZDR Group portfolio.
Pavla is responsible for all marketing activities and the overall communication of the ZDR Group.
Martin specializes in marketing content creation, social media management, and communication of the ZDR Group on the Singapore market.
Lenka makes sure the office runs smoothly and provides support to the whole team. She is also responsible for managing and handling insurance claims.
Simona provides day-to-day support to the company’s management and is involved in organizing key internal processes.
