ZDR Investments real estate funds invest in high-yield commercial real estate in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Croatia and Slovenia. The main focus is on regional discount retail parks with a predominance of supermarkets. The ZDR Investments group was established in 2017 and builds on the founders’ experience in real estate development, banking, law and facility management.

Radek Hladký
Radek manages the ZDR Investments group, sourcing and structuring new acquisitions. He co-founded the NIRRIS law office (formerly Z/C/H Legal), which has provided advice, mostly to multinational clients, on real estate transactions worth more than CZK 100 billion over 15 years of its existence.
Roman Latuske
Roman manages expansion onto Western markets and develops relationships with key business partners. He studied banking in Wiesbaden and worked in commercial real estate financing at DePfa-Bank and HYPO-BANK. He has 20 years of experience working in senior management positions at the Mafra and Economia media houses.
Zdeněk Prázdný
Zdeněk is the founder of the development group Traxial Group, through which he has completed dozens of projects in the field of commercial development.

Why invest with ZDR Investments?
We are a group of real estate funds with a transparent ownership structure. Our funds are domiciled in the Czech Republic and are supervised by the Czech National Bank. We take a conservative approach to investments, as well as to the involvement of external financing. We carefully select assets and tenants which ensure stable long-term appreciation of the invested funds.
