The data controller is the person/entity who/which processes your personal data and determines the purpose and means of its processing. The data controller for the purposes of the website is ZDR Facility Management, s.r.o.

Processing of personal data during operation of the website
Personal data is not only basic identification data about a natural person, such as his/her name, address, telephone number or date of birth, but also the IP address of a computer and other location data.
When you visit our website, information about your use of the website is automatically collected and evaluated. For statistical research purposes and to ensure the security and stability of the system, certain data is evaluated and stored on our web server each time you visit our website. For technical reasons, your internet browser automatically provides data to our web server when you access our website. This, among other things, includes the date and time of access, the URL of the referring website, the file which was viewed, the volume of data sent, the type and version of the browser, the operating system and your IP address. This data is stored separately from other data you enter when using our website. It is not possible to associate this data with a specific person.
During operation of our website, your personal data is collected and processed for the purpose of determining traffic or information about traffic on the website, as well as for the purpose of improving its content.

On our website, you can subscribe to our newsletter via the contact form which will then allow you to receive news and information about our company.
We will then use the e-mail address you provided in our contact form to verify whether you are actually interested in receiving the ZDR Investments newsletter or whether someone has misused your email address. To verify your interest, we will send you an email to the email address entered in the contact form, which you can confirm receipt of by clicking on the link provided. After confirming receipt of this email, you are subscribed to our newsletter.

Personal data processors
We cannot manage operation of the website ourselves, so we use the services of other companies which then act as processors of your personal data.
We are only assisted in provision of our services by processors who have provided us with sufficient guarantees that they process personal data according to the same principles which we follow.
The processors during operation of the website are mainly web hosting, server and cloud service providers and search service providers which assist ZDR Facility Management, s.r.o. in improving and optimising use of their platforms (e.g. Google Analytics and Mail Chimp).
Website security
The technical and organisational security measures we use are designed to ensure that any data you provide to us is protected against both unwitting and deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. ZDR Facility Management, s.r.o. continuously develops and improves its security measures in line with technological developments. To secure the website, we use an SSL protocol, which provides encryption of transmitted data and server authentication using digital certificates.
Cookies
We use so-called cookies during operation of the website. Cookie is the name for information which a web server sends to a browser and which the browser then sends back to the web server during subsequent visits.

Right of access
Based on your right of access, you have the right to know whether your personal data is being processed. If we are actually processing your personal data, you have the right to access your personal data and the right to information about its processing.
The right of access also includes the right to be provided a copy of your personal data. We will provide you the first copy of your personal data free of charge. If you abuse your right of access, e.g. by repeatedly submitting unjustified requests, we are entitled to require you to pay a fee equivalent to the administrative costs of processing the request before processing such a request.
Right to rectification or completion
If you believe that the personal data we process about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have your personal data corrected.
Right to portability
The right to portability is your right to ask us to transfer your personal data which you have provided to us in a structured and machine-readable format to another controller, where technically feasible.
Right to restriction of processing
As part of the right to restriction of processing, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data if any of the following reasons apply:
- you dispute the accuracy of your personal data which we process, this being for as long as it takes us to verify the accuracy of your personal data;
- you object to the processing of your personal data, this being for as long as it takes us to examine the validity of your objection;
- the processing of your personal data is at variance with generally binding legislation, but at the same time you do not wish us to erase your personal data;
- you need your personal data to establish, exercise or defend your legal claims.
Right to erasure (right “to be forgotten”)
As part of the right to erasure, you have the right to request that we erase your personal data if any of the following reasons apply:
- your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we processed the personal data;
- oyou withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data and we have no further reason to process it;
- you object to the processing of your personal data and there is no other legitimate interest on our part to process your personal data;
- we are processing your personal data at variance with the generally binding legislation;
- we have been obliged to delete your personal data.
We will not erase your personal data if other reasons exist for processing your personal data. This concerns situations in which the processing of your personal data is necessary for the establishment, exercising or defence of our legal claims or meeting of our legal obligations imposed on us by the generally binding legislation.
Right to withdraw consent
If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If you exercise your right to object, we will not process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for continuing to process it or for the establishment, exercising or defence of our legal claims. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, our legitimate grounds will not be examined.
Right to file a complaint
If you believe that your rights arising from the generally binding legislation have been violated in any way during the processing of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, with registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00, Prague 7, www.uoou.cz. By exercising the above-mentioned rights, your right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection is not affected in any way.
