Galerija Bakar in Rijeka, Croatia, with a leasable area of 41,594 m², is not only the largest retail park within the ZDR Investments group of funds but also the biggest retail park in the wider Rijeka region. It is a brand-new shopping zone whose first phase opened in April 2023. The park is located in the rapidly developing Kukuljanovo–Bakar commercial district, which was revitalized from a former regional brownfield site.

Galerija Bakar was developed according to the latest standards, following the classic retail park concept where each tenant has a direct, independent entrance from a spacious parking area. The main tenants include Interspar, Harvey Norman, JYSK, Tedi, Bipa, Müller, Deichmann, Takko, ZOO City, and Hervis. The project was developed by the Austrian group MID-Bau on a total land area of 70,000 m².

In autumn 2025, the second phase of the retail park — developed again in cooperation with the same partner — was completed and opened, adding approximately 11,000 m² of additional leasable space. This new phase is fully occupied, with tenants such as IKEA, Sinsay, and Sport Vision.
