AVENTIN Shopping Jihlava offers 47 sales units and is fully occupied. Visitors will find a wide range of shops — from groceries and drugstores, to fashion, home goods, pharmacy, to sports equipment, pet supplies, furniture and an extensive gastronomic zone. The shopping park will continue to grow, with stage three now in the final phase of preparations, which will expand the retail area by almost 15,000 m² over the next two years.

Thanks to its strategic location on the outskirts of Jihlava, the retail park is easily accessible not only for residents of the city, but also for customers from the wider area. An extensive 1,200-seat car park and a regular shuttle bus service also contribute to the convenience of shoppers.
