In an interview with Hospodářské noviny, the partners of ZDR Investments discussed the changing situation in the commercial real estate market. The conversation also covered fund performance and ZDR’s future plans.

The Commercial Real Estate Market is Rebounding

The commercial real estate market from a macro perspective, recent floods, funds performance in 2024, and pension savings (DIP) — these are just a few of the topics discussed in the Hospodářské noviny interview. ZDR Investments partners, Radek Hladký and Roman Latuske, reviewed the group’s transaction activity in 2024, assessed the performance of all three funds, and outlined the group’s future plans.

“A significant step was this year’s entry into the Slovenian market,” reflected Roman Latuske. The entry into Slovenia marked the expansion of the QIF fund’s portfolio into its sixth country, symbolically happening six years after the founding of ZDR Investments.
