The Gatterederstraße retail park in Vienna covers an area of 4.4 thousand square meters. The two purchased buildings were newly constructed in 2014 and 2015. There has been extensive housing development in the area around Gatterederstraße in recent years and the site has thus become a new busy centre for trade and services.

In addition, by covering the roof of one of the buildings with photovoltaic panels, the carbon footprint has been reduced by a volume equivalent to energy consumption of 67 households per year.
