The retail park in Hradec Králové consists of three consecutive development phases. The first phase, completed in 2022, features a 5,100 m² Albert hypermarket as the main tenant. It also includes discount chains TEDi, KiK, Pepco, as well as BENU Pharmacy, Teta drugstore, JYSK, and an IKEA store.

The second phase, completed in 2024, offers a leasable area of 3,670 m² and is home to tenants such as Action, Sinsay, Gate, Rossmann, CCC, and PetCenter.

The final phase, completed in 2025, includes Woolworth and Dreamy stores.
