The retail park in Hradec Králové consists of two consecutive stages. The first completed in 2022, in which the main tenant is the Albert hypermarket of 5, 100 m². There are also discount chains TEDi, KiK, Pepco, BENU pharmacy, Teta drugstore or household equipment chain JYSK and IKEA store.
The second phase of the retail park was completed in 2024 and has a leasable area of 3,670 m². The tenants of this section are Action, Sinsay, Gate, Rossmann, CCC, and PetCenter. The final phase, which will be completed by the end of 2025, will include Woolworth and Dreamy stores.
After the completion of the third stage, the retail park will have a total leasable area of almost 19,000 m².
