The town, also known as Slovenski Gradec, is the center of Slovenian Carinthia. It has 7,500 inhabitants and another 10,000 people live in the surrounding area. The retail park is located on the edge of the town near a major road that crosses the entire north of the country. Nearly 5,000 m² of space is shared by four tenants: the SPAR supermarket, Müller drugstore, Hervis sporting goods, and the local electronics chain Big Bang.
The rooftop of the retail park is equipped with a photovoltaic power plant.
