ZDR Group Funds Receive Light Green Classification
The Light Green designation signifies that ZDR Investments’ real estate funds promote, among other characteristics, environmental and social objectives.
ZDR Investments has long been committed to sustainability and responsible investing. Our goal is to build and manage a sustainable portfolio of commercial properties that not only meets current standards but also actively contributes to positive change in the areas of environmental and social responsibility.
A major step on this journey is the achievement of the Light Green classification under Article 8 of the European SFDR Regulation (2019/2088) for all three of our funds: ZDR FKI, ZDR Public, and ZDR Industrial. The Light Green designation means that the funds promote environmental and/or social characteristics in accordance with the criteria outlined in Article 8 of the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). In practice, this includes the integration of an ESG sustainability questionnaire into the acquisition process, the adoption of a Sustainability Policy, and ongoing monitoring of assets from a sustainability perspective.
“The Light Green designation reflects not only our alignment with current regulatory standards, but also our contribution to a more sustainable future for commercial real estate in Europe,” says Marcela Fujanová, ESG Manager at ZDR Investments.
ZDR Investments’ 2025 Sustainability Initiatives:

-
Sustainability reporting
-

The recognition as Light Green funds is a natural outcome of our long-term sustainability efforts. Our sustainability objectives are outlined in our Sustainability Strategy, and we regularly report on the implementation of these goals. One of the most visible impacts of the strategy is the installation of solar power plants on the rooftops of our properties. In addition, we are installing electric vehicle charging stations, upgrading lighting systems, and optimizing energy consumption.
