ZDR Investments Partners with Signal Festival
ZDR Investments has officially partnered with the 12th edition of the Signal Festival, which showcases the works of both Czech and international artists to the general public.
In Prague, early October is traditionally dedicated to the Signal Festival. This exhibition of light installations and other unique artworks attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors annually. This year marks the 12th edition, with a new addition to the festival route: for the first time, it included the Prague Castle grounds, where the festival was officially launched on Thursday, October 10. The event was attended by the Minister of Culture, the Mayor of Prague, and other distinguished figures.
Another first in the history of the Signal Festival is its partnership with ZDR Investments. The festival’s goal of bringing art to a wider audience aligns perfectly with our commitment to supporting culture, as outlined in our ESG strategy.
Moreover, the Signal Festival reflects our values in the field of sustainability. It avoids the use of single-use plastics, refrains from producing unnecessary promotional items, and has a surprisingly low energy consumption. All the installations combined use the equivalent energy of approximately 26 electric kettles over a week.
We are proud to support one of the most significant cultural events in the Czech Republic.
In 2023, we supported the film Brothers, which was awarded the Czech Lion for Film of the Year. Even more gratifying is that the film sparked a public debate on the interpretation of historical events.
