We Have Expanded the Opava Retail Park with a TEDi

In early December, we expanded our qualified investor fund portfolio with a TEDi store. This addition increases the existing sales area by 800 m² to a total of 6,800 m².

The New TEDi Store Expands the Retail Park by 800 m²

TEDi is a German discount chain offering a wide range of non-food products. The new store in Opava is strategically located next to the established Albert store, which has been part of our fund since 2021. This expansion not only increases the diversification and attractiveness of our retail park but also provides customers with a greater selection and shopping convenience.
