Seznam Zprávy: Positive net inflow and new capital sources

In the Czech real estate fund market, there is currently a lower influx of capital from investors compared to previous years. One of the main reasons is the higher interest rates. Some investors are content to leave their money in savings accounts due to these interest rates. 'Of course, we have also noticed a slowdown in the inflow of new investors. However, the difference between the inflow and outflow of funds is still positive for us,' commented Roman Latuske, Partner at ZDR Investments Group.
