2024 Begins with Prague Retail Park Acquisition

We have completed our first acquisition of the year. For our qualified investor fund, we have purchased a BILLA grocery store with adjoining retail in the Prague district of Kunratice. 

The property is located in Prague - Kunratice and has a leasable area of 1,899 m². The main tenant is the renowned grocery chain BILLA, part of the Austrian group REWE International AG. Other tenants include the popular discount chain Pepco and the Traficon network of tobacco products and newspapers.

Thanks to this acquisition, the portfolio of our fund for qualified investors ZDR Investments SICAV a.s. has grown to 39 properties with a total value of 408 mio. EUR, with a unique share of groceries in the total leasable area exceeding 36%," comments Radek Hladký, a partner at ZDR Investments Group.
